Sheri joined Meadows as CEO in 2013 and has since set the company’s growth path. Her extensive background includes 20 years as a principal at multimedia marketing company IOHI. Sheri was the driving force of IOHI sales efforts and spearheaded the growth of the company from a few hundred clients to well over 25,000, including Pep Boys, Laboratory Corporation of America, Papa John’s, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. She was instrumental in expanding the company’s product offerings to include digital signage and branded overhead music channels. In 2011, IOHI merged to form Spectrio where Sheri was responsible for propagating the Spectrio service promise throughout the company. Spectrio was sold to a private equity firm in 2013 and currently has audio and/or video marketing solutions in place in approximately 50,000 U.S. and international locations. It currently ranks among the top five providers in the on-hold messaging industry.
During her tenure at Meadows, Sheri has driven successful efforts to enhance Meadows’ sales processes, bolster staff, and integrate the latest technology to support customer service and reporting requirements. From Sheri’s vision, Meadows Service Group was created to provide additional services to customers after furniture delivery and installation is complete. This dedicated team of customer success representatives and service technicians provide real-time support, including warranty repairs, on-call service visits, and on-going maintenance. In addition, Sheri recognized the importance of an additional customer touchpoint – furniture rental – and Meadows Rental Group was born. This division facilitates any client furniture rental requirements from Meadows’ Showhouse in Manhattan.
Marissa joined Meadows Office Interiors as COO in 2013 and has transformed the company’s brand within the marketplace to reflect innovation and inspiration. Her broad range of experience includes 20 years as a principal at multimedia marketing company IOHI, beginning in 1991. There, Marissa was responsible for the daily operations of both the New York and Oklahoma offices, ensuring that daily business procedures were efficient and effective with the proper management of resources, including distribution of equipment and installation on a global level. Marissa’s expertise fostered IOHI’s growth from a few hundred clients to well over 25,000, including Pep Boys, Laboratory Corporation of America, Papa John’s, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. She also helped expand the company’s product offerings to include digital signage and branded overhead music channels. Since her arrival at Meadows, Marissa has orchestrated the design and construction of Meadows’ showroom in Manhattan’s iconic Lipstick Building, as well as the complete renovation of Meadows’ showhouse on Manhattan’s West Side. She is charged with the day-to-day leadership and management of all Meadows facilities, including overseeing the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the company’s rapid growth objectives. Marissa manages ongoing marketing efforts, ensuring Meadows’ brand voice is clear and consistent as the company continues to expand its capabilities and offerings. Meadows is a nationally certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), currently ranked the 16th largest WBE in the New York area by Crain’s New York Business. In 2018, Meadows was named to Crain’s list of the Best Places to Work in NYC for the second year in a row.
As Executive Vice President, Dina is responsible for guiding the achievement of all goals set by the executive management team, primarily meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Dina began her career at Meadows in 2001 as a Project Coordinator. Since then, her commitment to expanding her experience, along with persistent preparation and enthusiasm, have propelled Dina steadily through the ranks. Before joining the executive management team in 2014, she acted as Manager of Operations and Administration, Associate Director of Operations, and as General Manager of Meadows’ New Jersey office.
In her current role as Executive Vice President, Dina is involved with the support of Meadows’ global account base. She oversees all sales-related operational procedures and ensures that all contracts and MSAs are followed, project goals are achieved, and the appropriate resources are allocated to fulfill client objectives.
Dana joined Meadows as Executive Vice President in 2013 with a focus on branding, technology, and sales support. Her leadership background includes 20 years’ experience at multimedia marketing company IOHI where she served as President. There, Dana concentrated on strategic sales support and development of IOHI’s video production division, expanding product offerings to include digital signage and interactive media. In 2011 IOHI merged to form Spectrio. Following the merge, Dana assisted in developing the Spectrio experience. Spectrio was sold to a private equity firm in 2013 and currently has audio and/or video marketing solutions in place in approximately 50,000 U.S. and international locations. It currently ranks among the top five providers in the on-hold messaging industry.
In her role as Executive Vice President at Meadows, Dana has focused on adding the latest cloud-based tools to enhance daily operations and sales processes. Her responsibilities include marketing initiatives and custom programming of Meadows technology offerings.
Edwina joined the Meadows team in 2014 with a background in interior design, project management, and account management, having worked at several New York City contract furniture dealerships and architectural firms, including four years as a dealership owner. Edwina applies 20 years of industry experience as Meadows’ Director of Project Management & Design, playing a key role in managing workload, personnel, and procedures for all projects. She supervises all designers and oversees project management staff, ensuring that all milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded. Edwina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in interior design and is NCIDQ certified.
Fun Fact! Edwina once slept in a tent in the Sahara Desert.
Shakisha joined the Meadows team in 2016 with extensive industry experience and expertise in new business development and strategy, product procurement, contract pricing, and project budgeting. As Meadows’ Director of Project Coordination, she directs the fulfillment of customer orders and service requests. Shakisha provides strong leadership throughout the project life cycle and beyond, playing a key role in managing project personnel and ensuring that Meadows’ standards and best practices are always met. Shakisha assists with defining the procurement strategy for all projects and works collectively with vendor partners. Shakisha also oversees the performance of Meadows’ ERP system and evaluates technology tools to elevate internal processes and add efficiency and accuracy.
With 10+ years of success in the industry, working at both manufacturers and dealerships, Nick is a seasoned business professional with an extensive background in developing new account relationships. His advanced interpersonal skills, thorough product knowledge, and vast network make him a trusted client resource and valuable team member. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder. He joined the Meadows team in 2019.
Fun Fact! Nick can say almost any word backwards immediately after hearing it.
With more than 30 years’ experience at Meadows, Jane has directed many large-scale projects for customers across the country and globally. Her project management experience and thorough product knowledge make her a trusted resource. Jane works in tandem with a team of account managers, project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results and build long-term relationships with key accounts. Jane received her Bachelor of Arts degree in interior design from American University and is NCIDQ certified. She is a member of ASID.
Fun Fact! Jane was a guest at Keith Richard’s 40th birthday party where she danced until the wee hours of the morning!
David has 40 years’ experience in the contract furniture industry, at both dealerships and manufacturers. Since joining the Meadows team in 2001, he has directed large-scale projects for prestigious clients across the United States and internationally. David’s extensive experience and thorough project knowledge make him a valuable team member and client resource. He works in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. David received a degree in business administration and management from Bradley University.
Fun Fact! Many people often refer to David as a certain character from “The Simpsons” due to their resemblance. “Hi-diddly-ho!”
With 25 years of experience, Lisa directs large-scale projects for premier accounts. Lisa contributes heavily to developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners. Her extensive industry knowledge makes her a valuable team member and trusted client resource. She works in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from Baruch College. She joined the Meadows team in 2019.
Fun Fact! From dogs to chickens, Lisa is an animal lover through and through.
Having worked at both manufacturers and dealerships, Rhonda has extensive industry experience in space analysis, programming, change management, move management, and more. As an Account Manager at Meadows, she leads large-scale projects for global clients, working in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. She is well-practiced at developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners, making her a valuable team resource. Rhonda is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in interior design. She joined the Meadows team in 2018.
A member of the Meadows team since 2014, Nicole is heavily involved in Meadows’ new business efforts. As Vice President, she leverages her extensive experience leading large-scale projects for global clients. On a day-to-day basis, she works in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. Nicole is well-practiced at developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners, making her a valuable team resource. Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and has completed Solomon Coyle’s Project Management Training.
Fun Fact! Nicole’s hidden talent is that she can say the alphabet backwards very fast!
A member of the Meadows team since 2016, Erin has a varied background in asset management, finance, design, project coordination, and client relations. As an Account Manager, she has extensive experience leading large-scale projects for global clients. On a day-to-day basis, Erin works in tandem with Meadows’ project managers, designers, and coordinators to deliver exceptional results. She is well-practiced at developing strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners, making her a valuable team resource. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Michigan State University and has also taken courses in graphic and web design at Parsons The New School for Design.
Fun Fact! In her free time, Erin likes to find her Zen as an instructor at her local yoga studio.
With more than 10 years’ experience working in large-scale technology sales, Evan is Meadows’ workplace technology expert. He offers thoughtful recommendations about products – sound masking, wireless charging, room booking solutions, and more – that help clients contain costs, simplify business processes, and increase workplace efficiency. Throughout his time at Meadows, he has been featured as an expert in industry publications discussing the application of sound management in workspaces. Evan also spearheads the licensing of Meadows’ proprietary project management application, Meadows Workflow™, to other organizations. A graduate of St. Lawrence University, Evan joined the Meadows team in 2017.
Fun Fact! In his spare time, Evan decided to learn code because he thought it would be easier than learning a new language. He was wrong.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Gina has developed and maintained relationships with a number of national accounts throughout her career. As a Supervising Project Manager, she oversees the daily management of Meadows’ large, global projects in conjunction with her team. She is responsible for all aspects of her client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and her internal team to deliver the best results. Gina is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. She supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Gina provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. Gina studied interior design at the Fashion Institute of Technology, as well as design drafting technology at the New York City College of Technology. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Gina joined the Meadows team in 2015.
Fun Fact! Every other weekend, Gina and her family love to enjoy their tiny house in the Poconos!
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Kari joined the Meadows team in 2015. Prior to coming onboard, she was a satisfied client for seven years, giving her unique insight into customer relationships. As a Senior Project Manager, she is responsible for all aspects of her client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and her internal team to deliver the best results. Kari is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. She supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Kari provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. She studied at the Business and Management Center in Dallas, TX.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Joseph joined the Meadows team in 2016. As a Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. Joseph is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Joseph provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
Fun Fact! While working in the music industry for nearly two decades, Joseph collected over 3,000 records and CDs, as well as 4 terabytes of digital tunes.
With over five years of industry experience, Matthew is highly skilled in managing multi-faceted projects. He has worked with a number of clients located in landmark buildings, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. He supervises all deliveries and installations to verify timely completion, quality service, and effective management of labor and resources. Matthew provides clear and concise communications throughout the project and maintains detailed project documentation via the Meadows Workflow™ project management app. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dowling College and joined the Meadows team in 2017.
Fun Fact! Matthew ran an accumulated 16,711 miles during his four years at college. That’s just over 80 miles per week and is equal to running the distance from New York to California and back over three times!
Edward joined the Meadows team in 2017 with more than 20 years of industry experience. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for all aspects of his client projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, focusing on every project detail and collaborating with clients, designers, architects, and his internal team to deliver the best results. Edward is highly skilled in managing logistics, always meeting schedules and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. Bridget’s meticulous design skills and natural creativity make her a valuable team member and client resource. As Design Manager, she provides all Meadows designers with direction and assistance on day-to-day projects, as well as those with unique requirements and complex scopes. She also serves as an Account Manager and Senior Designer for strategic customers. As a mentor to Meadows’ other designers, Bridget imparts her exemplary attention-to-detail and holistic approach to project execution. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design from the International Academy of Design and Technology – Chicago. She is NCIDQ certified and is a member of IIDA. She has worked at Meadows for over 10 years.
Fun Fact! When she was two years old, Bridget made the decision to one day move to New York City after watching “The Muppets Take Manhattan.”
A member of Meadows’ Architectural Interiors team, Alissa has an extensive background working with moveable wall systems to create effective layouts that provide the perfect balance between open and private workspaces. As an Account Manager/Senior Designer, she supports projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, collaborating closely with clients, partners, and her internal team to deliver exceptional results. Throughout each project, Alissa looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. She has experience leading large-scale projects for global clients, and she is well-practiced at developing strong, collaborative relationships, making her a valuable team resource. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design from Kean University. She joined the Meadows team in 2014.

A member of the Meadows team for more than 20 years, Tannis brings decades of design and managerial experience to each project. With expertise in executing large-scale projects for prestigious clients across North America, her meticulous design skills and natural creativity make her a valuable team member and client resource. Tannis supports projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, considering each project’s unique space requirements and creating layouts and specifications accordingly. Throughout each project, she looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. Tannis has a FIDER-accredited bachelor’s degree in interior design from the University of Manitoba – Faculty of Architecture. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and also holds a LEED AP ID+C certification.
Fun Fact! A world traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Tannis has backpacked across Europe, Asia, and Australia.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Leo brings a high level of expertise to the Meadows team, specializing in space planning, floor plan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. As a Senior Designer, he supports projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, working closely with Meadows’ account teams to bring client workplace visions to life, always considering each project’s unique space requirements. Throughout a project, Leo continuously looks for cost savings and other efficiencies to give clients the best value for their investment. With expertise in executing large-scale projects for prestigious clients, his meticulous design skills and natural creativity make him a valuable team member and client resource. Leo has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. Leo holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Central University of Ecuador. He joined the Meadows team in 2000.
Fun Fact! With a passion for art, Leo creates drawings and paintings, including illustrations for children’s books.

She supports projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, specializing in space planning, floor plan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. Erika considers each project’s unique space requirements and creates layouts and specifications accordingly. Throughout each project, she looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. She has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. A New Jersey native, Erika earned a degree in interior design from Berkeley College.
Fun Fact! A skilled host, Erika’s favorite way to spend her spare time is planning parties and entertaining guests.
As a Senior Designer with over 22 years of industry experience, Melissa brings a high level of expertise to the Meadows team, specializing in space planning, floor plan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. Her unique vision and love of interior design thrive as she supports large projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, always considering each client’s unique space requirements. Throughout each project, she looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. Melissa has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. She has a bachelor’s degree in applied art and sciences – interior design from Western Michigan University and is NCIDQ certified. She joined the Meadows team in 2016.
Fun Fact! Melissa is Meadows’ resident water enthusiast. When she’s not working, you can find her relaxing in the nearest pool, lake, or river, or lounging at the beach or on a boat.
With nearly a decade of experience, Courtney’s meticulous design skills and natural creativity make her a valuable team member and client resource. As a Senior Designer, she supports projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, specializing in space planning, floorplan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. She works closely with Meadows’ account teams, as well as directly with clients, to bring workplace visions to life, always considering each client’s unique space requirements. Courtney has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. A member of the Meadows team since 2015, she holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design from Rochester Institute of Technology and is NCIDQ certified.
Fun Fact! Courtney is from snowy Syracuse, she has a twin who she communicates with telepathically, and she’s snorkeled with sharks. One of those three things is not true.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Laura has been a valuable member of the Meadows team since 2014. As a Senior Designer, she specializes in space planning, floorplan layouts, and product application drawings and renderings. She works closely with Meadows’ account teams, as well as directly with clients, to bring workplace visions to life, always considering each project’s unique requirements. Throughout each project, Laura continuously looks for cost savings and other efficiencies to give clients the best value for their investment. She has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design and has been recognized as a CET Designer of the Month.
Fun Fact! Laura has always been a creative problem solver. Once, at age four, she wanted to save her chewing gum for the next day, so she stuck it in her belly button for safe keeping!
With more than 10 years’ experience, Cassandra’s meticulous design skills and natural creativity make her a valuable team member and client resource. As a Designer, she considers each client’s unique needs, creating layouts and specifications accordingly, in order to bring their workplace visions to life. Supporting projects from the bid stage through post-occupancy, she continuously looks for cost-savings and other efficiencies to provide clients the best value for their investment. Cassandra has extensive experience with the core programs used by Meadows designers, including AutoCAD, CET Designer, and ProjectSpec. She holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Cassandra joined the Meadows team in 2016.

With more than 7 years’ experience, Ilana brings valuable industry knowledge to the Meadows team. As a Designer/Project Manager, she considers each project’s unique needs, creating layouts and specifications accordingly, in order to bring workplace visions to life. Ilana focuses on every project detail, collaborating with all project stakeholders and her internal team to deliver the best results, always meeting timelines and budgets and exceeding customer expectations. Ilana is highly skilled in managing logistics and provides clear and concise communications throughout the project. A member of the Meadows team since 2019, Ilana holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from The George Washington University.
Fun Fact! Although Ilana considers herself a healthy person, she hates fruit.
With over 19 years’ experience, Luke brings extensive knowledge to every project. As a Senior Project Coordinator, he is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. Luke provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. He is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. He serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Luke continuously verifies status reports and maintains all documentation required for correct invoicing. He earned his master’s degree from The Ohio State University and joined the Meadows team in 2000.
Fun Fact! In his spare time, Luke is a broadcaster on Twitch where he has a small but loyal following.
Yuliana joined Meadows in 2016 with a varied background, including time managing nationwide accounts at an experiential marketing agency. There, she gained extensive experience working with sales and project managers, as well as handling day-to-day project coordination and client relations. As a Senior Project Coordinator, Yuliana is responsible for the fulfillment and management of client orders from order entry through punch list, including sales order generation, acknowledgment follow through, shipment tracking, and more. She provides support for the entire project team and ensures accurate and timely customer service. Yuliana is detail-oriented and skilled at resolving issues. She serves as a vendor liaison and assist with pricing, product research, and custom order requirements. Anna began her career as a controller in Moscow, Russia where she also obtained her MBA in Accounting and Economics. After moving to New York, she gained extensive financial experience within the construction and design industries. Throughout her career, Anna has served as a bookkeeper, controller, and financial officer. With over 25 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounts payable, and payroll, she brings an expert perspective to Meadows. As Director of Finance, Anna manages the Accounting Team and works closely with all project team members. She joined the Meadows team in 2017.

Svetlana joined the Meadows team in 2017 with previous experience overseeing the monthly closing and account receivable activities for the largest privately-owned building automation and systems integration contractor in New York City. Her background has given her a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day financial operations, which she applies to her role as Assistant Controller. Svetlana holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, and psychology.

Max has a diverse background as an executive assistant and administrative coordinator, as well as experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Lydia joined the Meadows team in 2015 and has been instrumental in redefining and elevating the company’s brand within the marketplace. As Marketing Director, Lydia oversees all corporate marketing efforts, including strategic planning, brand management, public relations & social media, advertising, co-marketing initiatives, email marketing, events, and special projects. A graduate of Cornell University, Lydia is a skilled marketing strategist and writer with both in-house and agency experience. Her background spans a variety of industries, including publishing, non-profit organizations, travel and tourism, education technology, and app development.

As Art Director, Greg Trocola-Barone is responsible for creating and implementing all Meadows design elements, and for managing the visual integrity of the Meadows brand across all mediums. Greg’s talent and creativity have been instrumental in redefining and elevating the Meadows brand within the marketplace. His achievements include the design of all internal and external marketing collateral, user interfaces for Meadows’ apps, client presentations, advertisements, signage, and all Meadows websites. Greg is well-versed in all areas of graphic design and art direction, with previous experience in various industries including real estate, media publishing, and education. Greg received his bachelor’s degree in marketing & graphic design from Monmouth University and his MBA from Pace University. He joined the Meadows team in 2015.

Having joined Meadows in 2017, Ariela supports all corporate marketing initiatives. As Digital Marketing Strategist, her focus is Meadows’ online presence, including social media and digital advertising efforts. Ariela’s background is in high-end European contemporary furniture, and her industry experience is invaluable within the marketing team. Ariela received her bachelor’s degree in business administration – marketing and international business from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

As Web Content Specialist, Susan manages Meadows’ proprietary customer web portal, Meadows Workstation™, customizing the portal functionality and aesthetic to meet each client’s unique needs and ensuring that no detail is overlooked. Susan also manages the catalog portion of the Meadows Rental Group website. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Geneseo, a paralegal diploma from NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, and a certificate in graphic design, web design, and web programming from Hunter College. Susan is fluent in Cantonese and speaks some Mandarin. She joined the Meadows team in 2016.

Jade also plays an essential role in organizing all Meadows events, both internal and external, and she is responsible for scheduling vendor presentations, coordinating lunch and learn sessions, and maintaining Meadows’ materials library on a daily basis. Jade studied a Queensborough Community College. She joined the Meadows team in 2017.

With more than 10 years of experience, Rhiana has an extensive background in operations, marketing, and hospitality. As Operations Assistant, she leverages her operational expertise and meticulous attention to detail to assist with inventory control, hospitality initiatives, and general showroom and business operations, as well as assisting Meadows’ marketing team as needed. In addition, Rhiana oversees all supplier diversity records, including maintaining WBE certifications and registering Meadows as a diverse supplier in order to meet customer requirements. Rhiana earned her master’s degree in integrated marketing communication from Marist College and her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the Culinary Institute of America. She joined the Meadows team in 2018.

Shawn joined Meadows in 2016, bringing a tremendous amount of technical system administration, project management, networking, and software deployment skills to the company. Shawn leads Meadows’ Information Technology team with more than 10 years of experience in nationwide technology platform roll-outs and training employees on new technologies. Before joining the Meadows team, Shawn was involved in the installation of technology systems for over 50 luxury retail stores. Shawn has a bachelor’s degree in MIS from the University of Maryland.

Charles joined the Meadows team in 2017 with a varied background in equipment configuration, network troubleshooting, and software evaluation, having previously provided administrative and technical support to HR management and recruiting consulting teams. With more than 7 years of IT support experience, Charles supports all of Meadows’ workplace technology initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.

Ethan joined the Meadows team in 2004 as an intern and has since held various roles – including Project Manager, Director of Enterprise Solutions, and Director of Architectural Interiors – which gives him unique insight into Meadows’ business processes and client needs. Now Director of Meadows Service Group, he oversees all operations related to Meadows’ dedicated service division and warehousing facilities, supervising all service technicians, drivers, inventory specialists, and logistics managers. Within this role, he applies industry best practices and leverages Meadows technology to streamline and improve daily workflows and customer service response times. Ethan is a graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University.

Meryll continuously works toward maximizing the lifetime and integrity of clients’ valuable furniture assets and maintaining the look and functionality of their workspaces. Meryll received her BFA from the University of Hartford and is a Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator. She joined the Meadows team in 1998.

As Client Support Manager for Meadows Service Group, Paula applies more than 23 years of experience to quickly and seamlessly provide top-notch client service, overseeing the entire process for arranging maintenance, warranty assessments, on-demand repairs, and more. Within this role, she provides a final quality assurance check to validate requests and orders for accuracy. Paula joined the Meadows team in 1996.
As a Senior Service Coordinator for Meadows Service Group, Ralph has nearly 20 years of industry experience. On a day-to-day basis, he supports the service needs of Meadows’ major accounts by processing warranty claims and generating quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders, coordinating with vendors on a regular basis. As Meadows’ Inventory, Asset & Logistics Manager, Tamika is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory at Meadows’ warehouse locations in New York City and New Jersey. She is also tasked with managing the logistical details of warehouse deliveries to and from client locations, ensuring that Meadows’ service technicians and company vehicles are equipped with all necessary parts, pieces, and tools.
