Project Management


Purchasing office furniture is a multi-faceted process that can be a challenge. Our project management 
team brings years of experience and knowledge to the table. Working directly with the client and design team, they will manage the entire process efficiently and effectively. Some of the key deliverables from a Meadows Project Manager include:

Project Accounting

Designated Team Accountants are responsible for facilitating the entire project billing process including processing deposits, issuing invoices, reconciling project expenses and responding to any billing inquiries. They are charged with providing the proper invoice documentation and verifying that the most accurate and detailed information is provided for the timely processing of payments. Because they are embedded in the project process, Team Accountants are well-equipped to identify and verify all charges. They provide a direct line to handle finance questions or provide supplemental documentation for invoices if required.

Installation

Our local installation teams are factory-trained and certified. Our project managers work side-by-side with our install partners to provide on-site control and management of your installation. Additionally, our service technicians are always available for immediate service requirements or adjustments after you get settled in with your new furniture. The successful fulfillment of a project is key to customer satisfaction. Should there be a punch-list for product adjustments, we’ll tackle it promptly; we pride ourselves on providing the same attention to detail, no matter the size of your project.
