Project Overview

As a trusted partner, Meadows has developed an ongoing, comprehensive furniture program for Capital One, including a dedicated project team and customized technology to maximize the accuracy and efficiency of project management.


Working with the design team, Meadows helped refine new workspace solutions for Capital One’s multi-floor, multi-phase corporate headquarters in New York City. Products included desks, workstations, filing, and ergonomic elements, as well as executive and lounge furniture and a large amount of ancillary. Meadows employs a dedicated Furniture Program Manager who resides onsite at Capital One and acts as a liaison between Capital One and Meadows, in addition to a dedicated Meadows Service Group technician who provides ongoing maintenance on a weekly basis.
